Services

Remote consulting: data engineering and analytics, AI agents and workflow automation, and systems integration. No physical goods.

Pricing & billing

Priced per project or as a monthly retainer, agreed in writing before work begins. Invoiced in US dollars (USD) through Stripe; pay by card or ACH bank transfer. Payment terms are on each invoice.

Refunds & disputes

Raise any concern within 30 days of the invoice date and we'll review it in good faith. If work fell short of the agreed scope, we'll fix it or refund in full or in part. Prepaid work not yet performed is refunded on cancellation. Please contact us before filing a chargeback.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel at any time by email. You pay only for work done through the cancellation date; completed milestones remain billable.

Privacy

No cookies, analytics, or tracking. We keep only what you email us and what's needed to invoice you. Stripe processes payments; we never see or store full card or bank numbers. We don't sell or share your information except to process payments or as required by law. Email us to have it deleted.

Terms

• Scope, price, and timing are agreed in writing before work begins.
• Once paid in full, you own the deliverables made for you; we keep our pre-existing tools and know-how.
• Client information stays confidential.
• No investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement.
• California law governs. We don't run promotions; any future offer will state its terms in writing.
